2008 Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon
Product on Backorder
Deep dark violet color. Rich, velvet, fruit-laden Cabernet Sauvignon presenting concentrated layers of cassis, blackberries, ripe currents, fig paste , tobacco and cedar on the palate. Refined tannins coat the mouth with seductive and layered flavors of black fruit, dark chocolate, coffee and oak notes on a lingering finish. Quite approachable and elegant yet will age well into the next decade.

Just an absolutely stunning cabernet that explodes on the palate with layers and layers of flavor. Decanted and consumed a bottle over 3-4 hours and the evolution in flavors was amazing, with the wine drinking well at every point in the process. Compares well to everything we have tried from the region and better than most. Bravo, Harry.
